Membership:  All DCN memberships include unlimited technical support, exclusive offers & deals, 10% off all products, quarterly newsletter to keep you up to date with everything new, and unlimited access to our DCN app.  There are no contracts and you can cancel anytime for any reason.

Warranty:  The DCN TV Box includes a 90 warranty.  If for any reason an app stops working, bring the box into the store to get it fixed FREE of charge. Warranty does not cover any damage done to the box.  Every DCN TV Box is rigorously tested to ensure quality and performance.  We test power supply, CPU, HDMI port, USB ports, micro SD, and remote to confirm everything is perfect working condition before being sold.

Return Policy:  All sales are final, no refunds, exchanges only. Product must be in original condition undamaged with all original packaging for exchange.
